My saucepans aren't very big. So two subsequent half portions of pasta: a long and a short format and two surprise sauces depending on what's on the market and on my mind. No meat, fish or eggs.
All the ingredients are organically grown, with pasta from Minardo (working with an ancient variety of Sicilian wheat) and Tanda e Spada (a small producer in Sardinia). Or perhaps also from Setaro (not organic, but the best pasta from Napels -I know it because I lived a whole year in the city).
I serve water (free) and wine (€10/bottle).
All this is served in FR, NL, EN and IT.

You are welcome at 7.30 pm to meet. Pasta is served at 8 pm.
